Meadowlark Assisted Living Facility has forty (40) single-occupancy resident units in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.  Each unit typically provides a living/sleeping area, private toilet facilities and a small food preparation area.  Common-use areas include fitness, bathing, laundry and dining facilities.  The large 2-story lobby/dining area with abundant natural light is the focal point of the building.  It provides residents with a place to gather and socialize in a cheerful/friendly environment.  An adjacent covered patio provides residents with a place to gather outdoors.

This project, constructed in two phases is a 2-story addition to an existing nursing home facility that provides needed care and assistance to more independent residents.
