The Orthopedics & Sports Medicine BayCare Clinic desired to consolidate their clinics to one location. The new medical complex will also feature an inpatient rehabilitation hospital, CrossFit gym, coffee shop and other tenant spaces.

McMahon provided the structural, electrical, and plumbing designs for the project and architectural support services. McMahon also led internal coordination meetings with the design team. Drawings were completed using BIM, and for final coordination, the fully integrated design model was used to virtually walk-through the project.

One of the more unique features of this project is its rooftop track and patio. Patients using the therapy gym are able to walk out to a second-floor courtyard for outdoor exercises.
