McMahon’s 2025 Wrapped: Building Better Communities

For McMahon, 2025 was a year of meaningful progress. From reimagining public spaces to improving transportation, supporting education and fostering community bonds, McMahon has been proud to play a role in shaping stronger, more connected communities. Here’s how 2025 unfolded:

Reimagining Public Spaces

Libraries are more than just books — they’re a hub for collaboration, creativity and learning for all ages. This year, McMahon helped plan the transformation of the Neuschafer Public Library and Community Center in Fremont, Wisconsin, into a modern, welcoming space for everyone. With thoughtful design and spaces for all ages, this project is a shining example of how public spaces can bring communities together. Learn more about the library project here.

McMahon is proud to have partnered with the Wolf River Development Company to bring the Wolf River Office Building to life in Keshena, Wisconsin. This three-story facility is a testament to intentional design and functionality, blending professional spaces with features that serve the broader community. The upper floors house the Wolf River Development Company and a financial group, while the first floor features a multi-purpose training room, a retail coffee shop and incubator spaces to support local startups. In the Town of Westville, Indiana, McMahon donated the design, layout, engineering and even the project plaque to two new lighted pickleball courts at Prairie Meadow Park. It’s a powerful example of what’s possible when public and private partners come together to invest in the community.

Enhancing Transportation Infrastructure

By focusing on efficient design and functionality, McMahon’s transportation projects are helping communities stay connected.

The County J interchange in Kaukauna is now open to traffic, featuring upgrades to the bridge over I-41, ramps and roundabouts. McMahon was selected to provide the construction engineering services for the project.

In the Town of Neenah, the reconstruction of Larsen Road is now complete, featuring a full roadway rebuild, widened shoulders, a new trail on the south side and stormwater management improvements. This significant upgrade enhances safety and accessibility, providing long-term benefits for both drivers and pedestrians alike.

Protecting Community Health and Sustainability

In 2025, McMahon also turned its attention to essential but often invisible infrastructure, designing comprehensive upgrades to the wastewater treatment facilities for the Village of Morton in Illinois. By modernizing the wastewater facility in this growing region, McMahon’s work embodies our commitment to community, public health, environmental stewardship and long-term sustainability.
