For more than two decades, McMahon has been a trusted partner to the Town of Lawrence, assisting with infrastructure developments that helped to grow and are continuing to help shape the landscape of this northeast Wisconsin community.

The working relationship between McMahon and Town of Lawrence started in the late 1990s when the leadership within the Town included Greg Little. Little, serving as the Town’s utilities manager, and previously as the chairman, had a deep-rooted connection to the Town’s history and understood its growth goals. It was under his leadership, and later the direction of chairman Tom Perock, that the Town began investing in sewer infrastructure as a means of attracting businesses and residents to the area. McMahon, as the Town’s municipal engineer, became the link that helped transform the ideas of these leaders – community and business growth – into tangible projects.

At the outset, securing acres of sewer service sometimes proved to be difficult, but that’s no longer the case. Today, under Town Administrator Patrick Wetzel, Town Board Chairman Lanny Tabaldo, and guided by the growth plan of years before, the Town of Lawrence approves infrastructure growth on a much larger scale. Both the Town of Lawrence and McMahon are deeply committed to the notion that strong infrastructure and high-quality services are at the heart of successful development – and it shows. Notable projects in the Town of Lawrence, like Lawrence Parkway and Impact Sports Academy (ISA), showcase the significant benefits that come from expanding infrastructure within a community.  The Town of Lawrence is welcoming a newcomer to the Lawrence Parkway area – Verhalen, Inc. is beginning construction of their new headquarters, showroom and warehouse.

Today, more than ever, the Town of Lawrence is growing and thriving with its sights set on the future. Currently underway is a sewer expansion project along the I-41 corridor and CTH S interchange that will create new opportunities for businesses and the community.

The partnership between McMahon and the Town of Lawrence serves as a model for other communities by demonstrating the power of collaboration and the impact it can have on transforming a town’s landscape. Strong client relationships are at the core of McMahon’s service-inspired philosophy, and it is this commitment to excellence that has made McMahon a trusted partner to the Town of Lawrence and other northeast Wisconsin communities.
