McMahon is proud to have partnered with the Wolf River Development Company to bring a new office building to life in Keshena, Wisconsin. Our expertise in civil, architectural, structural, plumbing and electrical services played a pivotal role in shaping this three-story building designed to meet both functional and community-focused needs.
The Wolf River Office Building serves as the new home of the Wolf River Development Company on the upper floors, sharing space with a financial group. The first floor brings a blend of functionality and community engagement with its versatile design-including a multi-purpose training room, a retail coffee shop and dedicated incubator spaces for local startups.
The building was constructed with a steel structural frame with composite floor slabs, and a steel joist and deck roof. The façade combines the natural elegance of stone masonry with wood-look aluminum cladding, offering a timeless and modern aesthetic.
The project also incorporates forward-thinking sustainability measures. The roof is designed to accommodate photovoltaic panels, reflecting a commitment to renewable energy and environmental stewardship.
Why It Matters
The Wolf River Office Building is more than just a commercial project; it is an engine for opportunity. By blending flexible design with community-focused features, McMahon and the Wolf River Development Company have delivered a space that balances the needs of both the organizations offices and community features that help make Keshena a great please to live, work and play.
