McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering, architectural and consulting firm, announces the hiring of Mitchell Chosa, James Case and Matthew Ramirez in its Neenah, Wisconsin headquarters and Valparaiso, Indiana Branch location. These new team members bring expertise in GIS, public management, and civil engineering, further enhancing McMahon’s capabilities in these areas.

Chosa joins the McMahon team as a GIS Analyst. He graduated from Michigan Technological University in Houghton, Michigan with a degree in Wildlife Ecology and Conservation. His previous experience includes helping manage a GIS system supporting more than 250,000 acres of timberland. In addition to GIS responsibilities, he led the company’s drone program and contributed to timber sales, land sale and acquisition, timberland management, and a range of traditional industrial forestry operations.

Case is a new Public Safety Specialist with McMahon with 30+ years of fire and emergency service experience. He served more than 8 years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force. He holds a bachelors’ degree from UW-Oshkosh and a Master’s degree from UW-Platteville. Currently, he is a member of a federal disaster response medical team and teaches as a contract instructor for the Wisconsin Division of Energy Management. 

Ramirez joins McMahon as a Municipal & Civil Engineer with a degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University Northwest. He has experience in commercial and residential civil site and septic system design, as well as domestic water and sanitary sewer infrastructure. His background also includes field surveying, construction staking, subdivision planning through preliminary and final plats, and conducting structural inspections.
