Construction Management
Through its Construction Management services, the McMahon team is actively guiding Xavier Middle School’s parking lot project through critical phases. During execution, the team has led bid solicitation efforts, managing contracts, and overseeing project scheduling. As the project progresses, the focus shifts to on-site coordination, detailed documentation, proactive stakeholder communication, and cost tracking to keep the project aligned with budget expectations.
When the project nears completion, McMahon will support final closeout activities. This will include punch list documentation, preparation of as-built drawings, and compilation of all required closing documentation to ensure a seamless project handoff.
Civil Site Design and Land Surveying
In addition, McMahon provided comprehensive civil site design services to support the development of the school’s parking lot, delivering a fully integrated approach to site planning and design.
The project began with a thorough site assessment and professional land surveying, establishing topographic mapping, property boundaries, and existing utility locations. This foundational work informed the design process.
