Previously upgraded in 1986 to serve as a regional facility, all major unit processes at the Neenah-Menasha Sewerage Commission WWTF were in need of upgrading.  McMAHON was retained by the Commission to prepare a Facility Plan and to provide design, bidding, and construction-related services for the facility.  New technologies included High-speed Turbine Blowers; On-site Sodium Hypochlorite Generation; Centrifuges; and Thermo/Thermo/Meso Digestion.  A GIS-based Operation and Maintenance/Work Order Management/SCADA System was also provided.
