Project Overview:
McMahon worked to expand and remodel the Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation North Hangar at the Appleton International Airport. The project increased space by more than 13,000 square feet, allowing for more space for the aircraft company’s completions operations.
In the first phase of the project, McMahon relocated and remodeled the existing office space to a new addition to maximize workflow efficiency within the facility. McMahon’s design enhancements improved customer and employee experiences, including a new office area for completions customers and pilots, a wood finishing area, an upgraded shipping and receiving area for increased safety and efficiency and a completions hangar with an employee entrance, break room and lockers.
In the project’s second phase, McMahon provided construction administration services to oversee the successful completion of the project.
