The City of Brillion looked to the Municipal Management team of McMahon  to conduct an organizational analysis.  The main objectives of the analysis were to develop organizational scenarios that allow the delivery of services at a high level and improve upon operating efficiencies. 

We reviewed the city’s existing organizational structure and prepared a survey that was sent to twelve Wisconsin communities of similar size to Brillion.  Results of the comparable community surveys were utilized in the evaluation of Brillion’s existing structure in several areas, including:

• Administration
• Public Works
• Culture and Education
• Parks and Recreation
• Safety Services
• Community Development
• Utilities

McMahon provided a final report summarizing the findings and recommending a new organizational chart for the city.
