McMahon announces its role in upcoming infrastructure projects

NEENAH, Wis. (Nov. 25, 2024) — McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering, architectural and consulting firm, is proud to announce its involvement in several key projects across the states of Wisconsin and Michigan. Celebrating its 115th year in business, these projects demonstrate McMahon’s commitment to meeting evolving community needs.
  
The Village of Sister Bay has broken ground on a new 11,400-square-foot Parks Department facility located on Autumn Court. The building features office space, centralized storage space, drive-through vehicle bays, shop workspaces and a wash bay. In addition to the new building, the project also relocated an existing post-frame building on the site. McMahon provided architectural and structural design services. The building is scheduled to be operational in the spring of 2025.
 
McMahon and VerHalen have officially broken ground on VerHalen’s new 18,950-square-foot office, which includes a Pella Windows showroom and a 65,500-square-foot warehouse in the Town of Lawrence. McMahon is leading the structural and civil engineering while providing construction and contract administrative services. VerHalen is expected to relocate its operations to this new location in the fall of 2025.
 
Arla Foods has selected McMahon to provide design services for a new milk intake expansion inHollandtown.
 
McMahon is proud to continue its decades-long partnership with Road America with a new pedestrian bridge on the front straightaway, a new north paddock and administrative parking areas, which will debut in 2025. The north paddock will provide race teams with more parking and safer access to the false grid road. Over the last five years, McMahon has enhanced the race venue with a new concession stand, the Motorplex Building, VIP Tower race control updates, new cart paths and improved restroom facilities.
 
Nicolet Bank used McMahon’s architectural, structural and electrical services for its recent branch remodel in Ishpeming, Michigan.
