McMahon expands its team in Wisconsin and Indiana

McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering, architectural and consulting firm, announces the hiring of Frank Zornow and Caiden Miller, bringing diverse experience and a shared passion for engineering and surveying professions.

Frank Zornow joins McMahon as a Professional Land Surveyor in Neenah, WI. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, Zornow earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Mathematics in 2021. Following graduation, he worked as a data analyst in Philadelphia before returning to Wisconsin.

He gained valuable field experience with a local surveying firm while simultaneously completing a Surveying Certificate through the University of Maine’s online program. His dedication to the profession culminated in earning his Professional Land Surveyor license.

Joining McMahon as a Civil Engineering Technician in Valparaiso, IN, Caiden Miller brings both hands-on construction experience and technical training to his new role. Miller previously worked for a private developer building custom homes, where he gained firsthand experience with planning, design, and construction and discovered his passion for civil engineering.

Miller earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in Civil Engineering Technology at Bellingham Technical College in 2026. Miller also gained valuable industry experience as an intern with a local engineering firm, where he performed surveying work and utilized AutoCAD on municipal and public works projects.
