This new corporate headquarters ed for U.S. Venture, Inc. created workspace for 200 employees. The facility is built to LEED® gold standards of sustainability.

Working with the vision of the project architects, McMahon was able to achieve the efficient office framing system and open spaces desired by the design team. Partially recessed into a hillside, the foundation system accommodates the additional structural supports for the soil forces within the floor plan of the building’s lower level.

• Composite steel and concrete floor system, supported by steel superstructure.
• Multiple structural materials utilized in the design, including steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structural members.
• Foundation system incorporates hillside retaining walls into the main foundation design.
