McMahon, a full-service, professional engineering and architectural firm, announces the hiring of Kaylene Doss as a water resource engineer, Hannah Insko as a water/wastewater specialist, Ben Jones as a municipal and civil engineer, Rich Lewandowski as a construction services project manager, Josh Rieck as a structural engineer and Wally Sedlar as an environmental project manager.
Doss graduated from the University of Wisconsin – Oshkosh with a degree in environmental engineering technology. She brings analytical lab and water monitoring experience to her new role as a water resource engineer, having spent time as an environmental consultant with historic groundwater and soil contamination projects in Texas, Minnesota and Mississippi.
Insko is joining McMahon’s Illinois office as a water/wastewater specialist. She holds a degree in biological research from Loras College in Iowa. Insko has experience as an environmental health and safety specialist and spent time as an intern with IPR, a former affiliate of McMahon, where she worked in water and wastewater treatment facilities and labs.
Jones recently earned a degree in civil engineering from the University of Mount Union in Ohio. A Neenah High School alum, Jones interned as a municipal and civil engineer for McMahon while in college and is now working in that same role as a full-time employee.
Lewandowski holds a degree in architecture from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He has worked professionally across the country, managing and constructing projects of varying sizes and complexities. In his role at McMahon, he will manage projects for the Structures and Building Systems division.
Rieck is a graduate of the University of Wyoming where he earned a degree in architectural engineering and specialized in structural systems. Rieck brings experience designing a variety of structural systems, using 3D BIM systems and managing construction to his new role as a structural engineer.
Sedlar holds a master’s degree in education from Marian College and a bachelor’s degree in resource management with minors in soil and land use planning from UW-Stevens Point. With extensive experience in natural resources, he has worked in land and water conservation, taught natural resources and agriculture and served as a senior planner for townships. Additionally, Sedlar is a certified wetland delineator, agronomist, grazing specialist and licensed remote drone pilot, offering a unique blend of expertise for his new role as an environmental project manager.
