One of the McMahon public safety and municipal management division’s great points of pride is that our experts are regarded in their home communities as the best at what they do. The expertise and ability to build trusting relationships as dedicated servants to their community was demonstrated earlier this year when McMahon public safety specialist Brian Zalewski was sworn in as Village of Butler Chief of Police.

Zalewski, a part of McMahon’s public safety team for two years, has consulted on a range of public safety operations including emergency management, operational planning and complex project development. During Zalewski’s 25 year career in law enforcement, he has developed a reputation for integrity, teamwork and strategic direction.

“What sets our team apart is how deeply they care about the communities we work for, and Brian Zalewski exemplifies that,” said McMahon president Paul Benedict. “The Village of Butler will be served by an extraordinarily committed individual, and we are very proud to have him as a representative of McMahon.”

Having the expertise of individuals like Zalewski on McMahon’s public safety and municipal management team gives communities a sense of certainty that they are working with people who understand the intricacies of their field. While seemingly different roles, both McMahon public safety team member and Village of Butler’s new Chief of Police share the overarching goal of community service and safety.
