McMAHON has recently added staff at its corporate headquarters in Neenah.

Joel Clary, PE, MBA joins McMAHON as a Mechanical Systems Design Engineer in the MEP Group. Clary holds an MBA from Cardinal Stritch University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from UW-Madison. He has held previous positions as an engineer in the manufacturing industry and was most recently owner of an HVAC and plumbing design company called Summit Design, LLC. Clary is certified as a Professional Mechanical Engineer and a Geothermal Designer.

Mickey Sanders was hired as a CAD Designer/Drafter in the MEP Group. Sanders holds a Bachelor’s Degree from UW-Green Bay. He has 18-years of previous experience working as a civil, architectural, structural, plumbing, and HVAC designer/drafter.

Alan Schaefer recently joined McMAHON’s Public/Private Partnerships affiliate company, Integrated Public Resources, LLC (IPR), as a Senior Account Executive specializing in Parks & Recreation Services. Schaefer was previously the Community Enrichment Director for the Village of Kimberly, and has over 20 years of previous experience as Parks and Recreation Director for various municipalities. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Parks and Recreation Administration from UW-LaCrosse.

Matthew Tan was hired as a Project Engineer in the Water & Wastewater Group. Tan completed his Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering, with a minor in International Development Economics, at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He is originally from Singapore, and recently helped form a non-profit that aims to provide drinking water systems for communities in Senegal and Honduras.

Kyle Teske joins McMAHON as a Land Surveyor in the Environment & Infrastructure Group. Teske received a degree in Education from UW-Stevens Point, and subsequently worked as a land surveyor in Colorado for 11-years. He is currently licensed as a Registered Land Surveyor in Colorado and will soon be obtaining his registration in Wisconsin.
