NEENAH, WI – McMahon Associates, Inc., (McMAHON) a full-service, professional engineering and architectural firm, has announced that Derek Gruber, AIA, Architect and Ron Wolf, P.E., Municipal and Civil Engineer, have been named Associates.

Derek is a licensed Architect with over 16 years of experience working with clients in all aspects of design from programming through construction administration. One of Derek’s strengths is his ability to translate a client’s program into a facility that is not only functional but is an aesthetically pleasing design tuned to the clients vision.   Derek has a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Ron is a Municipal and Civil Engineer in the Environmental and Infrastructure department with over 28-years of experience as a Civil / Site Designer.  Ron has been involved in all facets of Civil /Site Design, including road and street projects, utilities design, storm water management and site development.  Ron has provided site design for many large municipal, commercial and industrial projects, and understands how establish an efficient/buildable project from the planning through construction.  Ron has a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota-Minneapolis.
