DON VOOGT, PE, BCEE been named a Vice President of the firm.  Voogt is an Associate / Senior Project Manager in the Process Department with 40 years of experience in planning, design, and project management of wastewater treatment; facilities construction, and water supply, treatment and distribution projects.  His experience spans governmental and industrial applications.  Don is a registered professional engineer in Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, New Jersey, and South Dakota, and works in our Neenah headquarters.
