McMahon Associates, Inc. is seeking a skilled and visionary GIS Analyst to support our growing municipal and utility services sectors. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work on impactful projects across Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana, with a focus on GIS innovation and client engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Provide GIS support for municipal and utility clients
• Produce high-quality maps using ESRI software
• Work independently and collaboratively on data-driven projects
• Utilize Python, SQL, and Microsoft Office for scripting and automation
• Contribute to ArcGIS Online application development and data management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography or GIS
• 5+ years of professional GIS experience
• Proficiency in ESRI software suite and automation tools
• Strong communication skills and a visionary approach to GIS
• Experience with municipal GIS
• Familiarity with easements, legal descriptions, PLSS, and utility assets
