Aspirus Pleasant View is a 50-bed rehabilitation facility offering beautiful surroundings and providing 24-hour skilled nursing care and supervision.

The original facility was build in 1963 with a 1977 addition. Rooms were double-occupancy and sizes/finishes reflected the era of their construction.  In addition to the desire to update the majority of the client rooms to single-occupancy units, upgrading infrastructure, finishes and other aspects of the facility were necessary due to the age of the building. Without adding any additional space, McMahon was able to design a renovation plan that updated and modernized the facility while maintaining client occupancy through the use of phased construction.

Owner representatives and the construction team members closely worked together during every aspect of the design and construction and their involvement was critical to the project’s success.
