MATT GREELY, PE has been named a Vice President of the firm.  Greely is an Associate / Project Manager in the Environment & Infrastructure Department with 30 years of experience with the firm.  He is a civil engineer and specializes in infrastructure planning, design and project management for public and private clients.   Matt is a registered professional engineer in Wisconsin, and works in our Neenah headquarters.
