Projects

Stormwater management is a growing cost for new site development.  The City of Chilton received a $200,000 U.S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration (EDA) for the construction of a regional stormwater management pond in the City Industrial Park.  This project allows the City of Chilton to more readily market and sell the 17.5 acres of vacant City-owned land within the industrial park for development.

McMahon was familiar with the EDA requirements and prepared the contracts and bidding documents and managed the project in accordance with EDA regulations.
