Brotz Hall is a 96-bed facility designed to accommodate the growing on-campus student community. The 42,000 GSF residence hall fits into the campus context and anchors the north end of the primary campus quadrangle. The exterior design replicates many of the timeless details of the historic campus structures it neighbors. The interior spaces reflect the needs of the current student and includes individual pods, living rooms, kitchenettes, computer rooms and study rooms.
