McMAHON provided consulting services for structural and civil engineering for the Northeast Wisconsin regional headquarters building for Spectrum (formerly Time Warner Cable).

The facility includes a three-story office building, an attached one-story call center building, and a one-story field operations building across the street.

• Composite steel and concrete floor system, supported by steel superstructure.
• Efficient structural column grid system allows flexibility in open office setting.
• Interior grand stairway through center of office building.
