Renewable Fuels (Waste-to-Energy)

Waste-to-Energy is not a new concept to McMAHON.  We have been developing Waste-to-Energy facilities since the late 1970’s with the utilization of engine generators to produce heat and power from anaerobic digesters at municipal wastewater treatment plants.  Since then, McMAHON has expanded Waste-to-Energy and Renewable Fuel applications to include industrial and agricultural facilities.  McMAHON is committed to the continued development of waste-to-energy projects, especially as the nation’s demand for alternative and renewable energy sources increases.  Through our full spectrum of professional services, we have designed many innovative facilities and systems for producing clean energy, including anaerobic digestion to treat waste generated by agricultural and food industries, biogas conditioning systems, Combined Heat and Power (CHP), and post-digestion separation and dewatering systems.

The term ‘Waste-to-Energy’ can be a highly touted and over-promised buzzword.  McMAHON takes a no-nonsense, straightforward approach to Waste-to-Energy to meet the Client’s needs.
